Our Policies

We get it, life happens - sick kids, travel for work, conflict with your appointment. We do ask that you give us as much notice as possible so that we can fill your appointment spot. Our Estheticians are appointment-based and block off a significant amount of time per appointment. We have a large waitlist of clients that are waiting for "life" to happen to someone so that they can get in.

Below are the policies that we abide by to ensure that Haven Esthetics operates smoothly and remains the number one esthetic boutique in Cary, NC and the surrounding areas. We kindly ask that you thoroughly read and acknowledge an understanding of the policies. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns as our mission is to not only make you feel beautiful but to treat you beautifully.

 

Cancellations and Missed Appointments

Your treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you kindly respect our scheduling policies.

 

48-Hour Policy

Clients who arrive scheduled or clients that cancel their appointment at least 48 hours before the appointment will not be charged.

 

24-Hour Policy

Clients who cancel their appointment with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of the scheduled service amount.

 

No-Show Policy

Clients who miss their appointments without giving prior notification will be charged in full for their scheduled service.

 

As our appreciated client, we honor and respect your time. Similarly, we would like to highlight that our esthetician's time is equally as valuable as your time. When a booked appointment with Haven is missed by a client without notifying us at least 24 hours ahead of time, we not only loose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment during the missed appointment.

 

Late Appointment Arrivals

We ask that you please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time to ensure that your scheduled service is timely and that you are as relaxed and as comfortable as possible during your treatment.

We do our best to accommodate late arrivals; however, please note that if you are running late the length of your service time may be adjusted accordingly to ensure that there are not any interruptions of subsequent scheduled appointments and that any of our other guests' schedules that day are not compromised.

The full price of scheduled service(s) applies for late arrivals; please plan your visit accordingly.

Haven is truly a place of respite; we encourage you to take advantage of our serene atmosphere and please arrive a bit early to relax while taking a few deep and cleansing breaths or enjoy delighting in a warm cup of complimentary tea, coffee, or cocoa before your treatment begins.

 

Service and Product Pricing

Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep our clients up to date on any changes that may occur; but encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and services upon booking your appointment.
