Cancellations Policy

We totally understand—life happens! Whether it's sick kids, work travel, or an unexpected conflict with your appointment, we just ask that you give us as much notice as possible so we can fill your spot. Our estheticians reserve a specific amount of time just for you, and we often have a waitlist of clients eager to step in when "life" happens.

Your treatments are reserved especially for you, and we value your business. We kindly ask that you respect our scheduling policies.

48-Hour Policy

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours before your scheduled time, you won’t be charged.

24-Hour Policy

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service amount.

No-Show Policy

Missed appointments without prior notice will be charged in full for the service scheduled.

Late Arrivals 

Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment. While we’ll do our best to accommodate late arrivals, the length of your service may be adjusted to avoid disruptions to our other clients' schedules.

The full price of your service still applies, even for late arrivals. Please plan your visit accordingly.
